(NASDAQ: FAMI) (the “Company”), an agriculture products supplier in China and a logistics and supply chain services provider in the United States, today announced that it intends to offer in a public offering Class A ordinary shares of the Company.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate and working capital needs. The Company’s Class A ordinary shares are trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “FAMI”.
