Winning top award at Global Finance’s AI In Finance and Digital Bank Awards 2025 underscores the strides the bank has made in becoming an AI-enabled bank with a heart

Receiving Global Finance’s top AI award affirms DBS’ leadership in harnessing responsible AI and digital innovation to redefine banking experiences, while staying true to its ethos of being an empathetic organisation. It also underscores the bank’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, customer-centric solutions through the strategic integration of AI across its operations.

In addition, DBS also received two other global awards for its AI deployment: Best Corporate/Institutional AI Bank and Best Enhanced Customer Experience in the consumer AI banks global sub-category.
